There are several different stages for enrollment for your abroad studies. Generally, in most countries, you are required to pre-book your seats in the selected colleges or universities, and then only proceed with your visa application. Therefore, it is essential for having prior knowledge about the admissions procedure, and the process may vary with the country, course and Visa obligation. Importantly, different countries accept international students in specific months, for instance, March, June or September intakes. Therefore, the processing speed also varies from when the admission window is available.

SOME COMMON STAGES FOR THE ADMISSION PROCEEDINGS ARE

• First, the student is required to select the course and education provider. Here, the admission officer from Empire and the Admission officer of the relevant institution discuss the initial eligibility criteria.
• Second, one should collect all the documents related to academics, and a statement of purpose mentioning the reasons behind the selection of the course and the institution. It should be genuine and from the student’s point of view. However, to ensure relevancy and depiction of only important points our counsellors and admission team will assist in this phase.

• Third, the application when accepted, you start to prepare for attaining the Genuine Temporary Entrant status. This requires a plethora of special documents generally ranging from relationship verification, birth certification, income certificates, financial certificates and so on.
• Now, once your GTE status is approved, you may proceed to pay for the enrolment in the university, once completed then your confirmation of enrolment is ensured in the context of Australia.
• Finally, the final process is to apply for the VISA and wait for the visa approval from the immigration, then you are transferred to the pre-departure stage.
